The MPX X2 series of metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supply applications. These capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure, excellent self-healing properties, and the ability to withstand high voltage surges. Encased in a flame-retardant plastic shell and epoxy resin, they are suitable for interference suppression and X-line circuits, particularly in applications where capacitor failure will not pose a shock hazard. They are widely used in interference suppressors and cross-capacitor circuits.
