The DGCX X2 series capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supplies. These metallized polypropylene film capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure with a self-healing capability, offering robust performance and high voltage impulse tolerance. Encased in a flame-retardant plastic shell and epoxy resin, they are suitable for interference suppression and X-line circuits where capacitor failure should not pose an electric shock hazard. Applications include interference suppressors and cross-capacitor circuits, with a specific note that this version is not intended for capacitive power supplies or high-temperature/high-humidity environments.
