The DGCX X2 series capacitors are metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for EMI suppression in power supplies. These capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure, excellent self-healing properties, and the ability to withstand high voltage surges. Encased in a flame-retardant plastic shell (UL94V-0) and sealed with flame-retardant epoxy resin, they are suitable for interference suppression and X-line capacitor circuits, particularly in applications where capacitor failure would not pose an electric shock hazard.
