Product Overview
The MPX X2 series metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supplies. Featuring a non-inductive winding structure with metallized polypropylene film and tin-plated copper-clad steel leads, these capacitors offer excellent self-healing properties and can withstand high voltage surges. They are encapsulated in UL94V-0 flame-retardant plastic cases and epoxy resin, making them suitable for applications where capacitor failure must not pose a risk of electric shock. Typical uses include interference suppressors and X-capacitors in cross-capacitor circuits.
