Product Overview
This specification applies to CBB28 type High-voltage metallized polypropylene film/foil capacitors for electronic equipment. These capacitors feature a metallized polypropylene film/foil, wound construction, low loss, small inherent temperature rise, and a negative temperature coefficient of capacitance. They are flame retardant epoxy resin powder coated (UL94/V-0) and are suitable for high pulse, high current loading circuits, electronic ballasts, and horizontal resonance circuits of large screen monitors.

Note on dV/dt: If the working voltage (U) is lower than the rated voltage (UR), the capacitor can be worked at a higher dV/dt. In this case, the maximum allowed dV/dt is obtained by multiplying the above value with UR/U.
