Product Overview
These X2 metallized polypropylene film capacitors, model series MPX, are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supply applications. Featuring a non-inductive winding structure, they offer excellent self-healing properties and can withstand high voltage surges. The capacitors are encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case and epoxy resin, making them suitable for applications where capacitor failure would not pose an electric shock hazard. Typical uses include interference suppressors and X-line capacitor circuits.

  • Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit.

    • Not suitable for reflow soldering if printed leads are used.
