Product Overview
The CMLW252012S Series is a magnetic-resin shielded wire wound SMD power inductor designed for high-performance applications. It features an ultra-low buzz noise construction, excellent shock resistance, and damage-free durability due to metallization on the ferrite core. The closed magnetic circuit design minimizes leakage flux and EMI. These inductors offer a 30% higher current rating than conventional inductors of equal size, saving PCB real estate and power. Ideal for LED lighting, mobile devices, flat-screen TVs, notebooks, servers, gaming devices, automotive systems, and telecomm base stations.

Operating Conditions
- Operating temperature range: -40 ~ +125 (Including self-heating)
- Storage temperature range: -10~+40 and RH 70% (Max.)
Notes
- All test data is referenced to 20C ambient.
- Rated current: Isat or Irms, whichever is smaller.
- Isat: DC current at which the inductance drops approximate 30% from its value without current.
- Irms: DC current that causes the temperature rise (T =40C) from 20C ambient.
