CMLF0302 Series - Surface Mount Unshielded Power Inductors

The CMLF0302 Series offers excellent solderability, high heat resistance, and superior terminal strength. These unshielded power inductors are designed for automatic mounting machines, packed in embossed carrier tape. They are ideal for applications such as power supplies for VCRs, OA equipment, LCD televisions, notebook computers, DC to DC converters, and DC to AC inverters.

  • Inductance is measured by LCR-meter 4284A/4286A (HP) or equivalent.
  • Inductance test condition: CMLF0302: 1.0H~8.2H:7.96MTTHz/0.5V, 10.0H~82.0H:2.52MTTHz/0.5V, More than 100.0H at 1.0KTTHz/1.0V.
  • DC Resistance is measured by HP4338B Milliohms Meter or equivalent.
  • Rated current is measured by LCR-meter 3260B (WK) & DC Bias 3265B(WK) at 1.0KTTHz/1.0V.
  • Maximum allowable DC current is that which causes a 10% inductance reduction from the initial value, or coil temperature to rise by 40C, whichever is smaller. (Reference ambient temperature 20C).
  • Operating temperature -55 ~ +125.
  • All test data is referenced to 25 ambient.
