CMLF0504 Series - Unshielded Power Inductors
The CMLF0504 Series are surface mount unshielded power inductors designed with excellent solderability and high heat resistance. Their robust terminal strength construction and compatibility with automatic mounting machines make them ideal for various electronic applications. These inductors are suitable for use in power supplies for VCRs, OA equipment, LCD television sets, notebooks, DC to DC converters, and DC to AC inverters.

Notes
- Inductance is measured by LCR-meter 4284A/4286A (HP) or equivalent.
- Inductance test condition: CMLF0504: 1.0H~8.2H:7.96MHz/0.5V, 10.0H~82.0H:2.52MHz/0.5V, More than 100.0H at 1.0KHz/1.0V.
- DC Resistance is measured by HP4338B Milliohms Meter or equivalent.
- Rated current is measured by LCR-meter 3260B (WK) & DC Bias 3265B(WK) at 1.0KHz/1.0V.
- Maximum allowable DC current is that which causes a 10% inductance reduction from the initial value, or coil temperature to rise by 40C, whichever is smaller (Reference ambient temperature 20C).
- Operating temperature: -55 ~ +125.
- All test data is referenced to 25 ambient.
