74x Series Chip Resistor Arrays
The 74x Series Chip Arrays are single-packaged devices containing an array of homogeneous resistor elements. These arrays are designed for convenience when multiple resistors occupy the same area in a layout, offering advantages such as reduced placement costs through fewer component counts compared to discrete resistors. They are suitable for high-density designs and feature low-cost thick film technology with leadless surface mount construction. Options include concave or convex terminations, solder-coated nickel barrier pads, and isolated or bussed circuit configurations. These arrays provide improved TCR tracking over discrete resistors.
