Product Description

Product Overview

The Cornell Dubilier Type 401C is a wide-temperature, low-voltage capacitor designed for high-ripple current military and industrial applications. It excels in cold environments, offering full performance down to -55 C. Its exceptionally low ESR makes it ideal for power-supply output applications. The extended cathode foil construction ensures cool operation and efficient heat dissipation regardless of mounting orientation. It provides a better value compared to large snap-in capacitors, with ripple current capabilities exceeding 50 amps at 55 C and ESRs as low as 3.5 m. Capacitance retention is over 90% at -40 C.
