Note on Part Temperature: The total part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst-case conditions. Factors influencing part temperature include circuit design, component selection, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow, and other cooling provisions. Part temperature must be verified in the end application.
