| Soldering Temperature Profile | Refer to provided charts for Reflow Soldering (Lead-free and SnPb) and Wave Soldering profiles. For hand soldering, preheating 130, iron tip temperature 350, power 20W, diameter 1mm, time 3s, solder paste 1/2 chip thickness.
