Usage Notes
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance limits. Avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge circuits. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor casing, terminals, and circuitry. If casing insulation is insufficient, do not use. Avoid contact with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or environments with harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specified limits. Ensure proper spacing for positive and negative terminals and adequate space above the safety vent.
Assembly & Installation: Prevent direct contact between terminals and avoid short circuits. Ensure the capacitor is installed in an environment free from water, oil, condensation, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radiation, or harmful gases. Avoid excessive vibration and shock. Ensure correct polarity and that the capacitor is not dropped or deformed. Use appropriate insertion force for automatic insertion machines. When soldering, avoid solder adhering to non-terminal parts, follow specified temperature, time, and number of cycles, do not immerse the capacitor in solder, and prevent other products from falling onto the capacitor.
Maintenance & Disposal: Regular inspections are required for factory-installed capacitors. In case of accidental safety vent opening, disconnect power immediately. If the vent operates, avoid direct contact with ejected gas and flush eyes with water if exposed. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte contacts it. Dispose of waste capacitors by puncturing/crushing and incineration, or by handing over to specialized recyclers.
