Usage Precautions

1. Circuit Design: Use within rated performance limits. Avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and the circuit. Use with caution if sleeve insulation is insufficient. Avoid environments with direct water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock are within specified limits. Ensure correct polarity and prevent short circuits. For parallel connections, ensure current balance; for series connections, ensure voltage balance.

2. Component Installation: Ensure terminals do not touch. Avoid short circuits. Verify the installation environment is free from water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specifications. For snap-in terminals, ensure the pressure valve faces upwards or the positive terminal faces upwards for horizontal mounting. Avoid placing other components or wiring above the pressure valve. Avoid placing other wiring near the capacitor on the PCB. Minimize heat-generating components around the capacitor.

3. Assembly and Use: Do not allow terminals to directly touch each other or other conductors. Do not use capacitors that have been dropped or show deformation. Ensure PCB hole spacing matches capacitor terminals. For automatic insertion machines, limit manipulator force. When soldering, ensure solder does not adhere to areas other than terminals. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, cycles). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder solution. Prevent other products from falling and hitting the capacitor during soldering.

4. Maintenance Inspection: Regular inspections, including visual checks and performance testing, are required for industrial capacitors.

5. Accidental Situations: If the capacitor's pressure valve opens during assembly, immediately disconnect the main power. Do not approach the vent, as hot gas may be ejected. If ejected gas enters the eyes, flush immediately with water. Do not ingest electrolyte; if spilled on skin, wash with soap.

6. Fumigation Treatment: When exporting products requiring fumigation (e.g., with potassium bromide), be aware of potential corrosion from halide ions. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact the product and allow for thorough drying. Verify safety if fumigant residue is suspected.

7. Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments that are prohibited for assembly and use.

8. Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to a professional waste recycling service.
