Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Ensure operation within rated performance limits, avoiding high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge cycles. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine's. Ensure proper isolation between terminals, casing, and circuit. Avoid use in environments with water, salt water, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Ensure proper installation with adequate space around the vent and avoid placing heat-generating components nearby. For dual-sided PCBs, avoid mounting over unnecessary holes. Ensure current and voltage balance in parallel and series connections respectively.
Component Installation: Do not allow terminals to touch directly or cause short circuits. Do not use capacitors that have been dropped or deformed. Ensure correct polarity and match terminal spacing to PCB holes. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines. When soldering, ensure solder does not adhere to unintended areas, follow specified temperature and time, do not immerse the capacitor in solder, and prevent other products from contacting the capacitor during soldering.
Assembly and Use: In case of vent opening during assembly, disconnect power. Be cautious of hot gas expulsion from the vent. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or ingestion of electrolyte. If exposed, wash immediately with soap and water. Do not use capacitors that have been dropped. Ensure proper discharge of regenerated voltage and for long-term storage. Ensure correct capacitance and voltage ratings before installation.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Avoid environments prohibited during assembly and use.
Disposal: Dispose of by puncturing or crushing and incinerating, or by handing over to specialized recycling personnel.
