Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and frequent charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and the circuit. Avoid use in environments with moisture, corrosive gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Ensure proper mounting space for the explosion-proof valve.
Component Installation: Do not let terminals touch. Ensure correct polarity. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure correct PCB hole spacing. Avoid excessive force from automated insertion machines. For soldering, prevent solder from adhering to non-terminals, adhere to specified conditions, do not immerse the capacitor body in solder, and avoid impact from other products during soldering.
Assembly and Use: Ensure terminals do not directly contact each other. Avoid short circuits. Check the environment for water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Vibration and shock should not exceed specified limits.
Regular Inspection: For industrial use, regular inspections including visual checks and performance tests are necessary.
Accidental Situations: If the capacitor's explosion-proof valve opens, cut off the main power. Avoid direct contact with the vent; flush eyes with water if contacted, wash skin with soap if electrolyte spills, and do not ingest electrolyte.
Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it can cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 and below 75% humidity. Do not store in environments prohibited for use.
Scrap Disposal: Dispose of scrapped capacitors by puncturing/crushing and incinerating, or by handing them over to specialized recyclers.
