Usage Precautions

1. Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Ensure proper insulation between capacitor terminals and circuits. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Consider exploring custom specifications for machines with special performance requirements.

2. Component Installation: Ensure proper spacing for the capacitor's safety vent. Avoid placing components or wiring directly above the vent. Do not install other components or wiring in the immediate vicinity of the capacitor. Avoid installing heat-generating components near the capacitor. For double-sided PCBs, avoid mounting capacitors over unnecessary holes or vias. Ensure current and voltage balancing when connecting multiple capacitors in parallel or series.

3. Assembly and Use: Prevent direct contact between capacitor terminals and avoid short circuits. Keep capacitors away from water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Avoid environments with vibration or shock exceeding specified limits. Ensure correct polarity and specifications before installation. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure the PCB hole spacing matches the capacitor's terminal spacing. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines.

4. Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to areas other than terminals. Adhere to specified soldering temperature, time, and cycles. Do not immerse the capacitor body in the solder solution. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

5. Cleaning: Do not use cleaning agents unless specified. If cleaning is necessary, follow product specifications regarding cleaning agents, conductivity, pH, specific gravity, and moisture. After cleaning, do not store in cleaning liquid or sealed containers; dry with hot air at temperatures below the maximum operating temperature. Ensure no cleaning residue remains.

6. Fixatives and Coatings: Do not use halogen-containing fixatives or resin coatings. If using fixatives or coatings, ensure no solder residue or dirt remains between the PCB and capacitor. Dry thoroughly after cleaning and before applying fixatives/coatings to prevent clogging of printed holes.

7. Bolt Product Installation: For vertical installation, ensure the pressure valve faces upwards. For horizontal installation, ensure the pressure valve or positive terminal faces upwards.

8. Accidental Situations: If the capacitor's safety vent opens during assembly, immediately cut off the main power or unplug the power source. Avoid direct contact with ejected hot gas. If ejected gas enters the eyes, flush immediately with water. Do not ingest capacitor electrolyte; if spilled on skin, wash with soap.

9. Fumigation Treatment: When exporting products overseas that require fumigation (e.g., with potassium bromide), be cautious of corrosion reactions caused by halogen ions. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact electronic products and allow for thorough drying. Verify safety if fumigant residue or insufficient drying is suspected.

10. Storage Conditions: Store in a dry indoor environment at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Avoid storage conditions that are prohibited during assembly and use.

11. Disposal: Dispose of by making a hole or crushing and then incinerating, or by handing over to a specialized waste recycling service if incineration is not performed.
