Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Use within rated performance range, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor casing, terminals, and circuits. Avoid environments with water, salt, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Consider vibration and shock conditions. Ensure proper spacing for positive/negative terminals and sufficient space above the safety vent. Avoid placing heat-generating components nearby. Balance current in parallel connections and voltage in series connections.

Assembly and Installation: Prevent direct contact between capacitor terminals and avoid short circuits. Confirm the installation environment. Do not expose to water, oil, condensation, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radiation, or harmful gases. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specifications. Ensure correct polarity and matching hole spacing. Leave adequate space above the safety vent, avoiding placement of other components or wiring. Avoid designing or installing heat-generating components around the capacitor. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure terminals fit the PCB hole spacing. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines.

Soldering: Avoid solder adhering to areas other than terminals. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, frequency). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder solution. Prevent other products from falling onto the capacitor during soldering. Post-soldering, ensure no mechanical stress is applied (tilting, twisting, collision).

Cleaning: Do not wash capacitors with cleaning agents. If cleaning is necessary, perform within product specification limits, manage cleaning agents (conductivity, pH, specific gravity, moisture), and ensure thorough drying to prevent residue.

Fixing Agents: Do not use halogen-containing fixing agents or resin coatings. If used, ensure no solder residue or dirt remains between the PCB and capacitor. Dry thoroughly before application to avoid residual cleaning components.

Mounting: For screw-type products, install vertically with the pressure valve facing upwards, or horizontally with the pressure valve or positive terminal facing upwards.

Maintenance: For industrial use, regular inspections (visual and performance tests) are required.

Accidental Situations: If the safety vent opens during assembly, cut off the main power or unplug. Avoid direct exposure to the high-temperature gas ejected from the vent. Flush eyes with water if gas enters. Do not ingest electrolyte; wash skin with soap if contact occurs.

Fumigation Treatment: If exporting products requiring fumigation (e.g., with potassium bromide), be aware of potential corrosion from halide ions. Do not reuse fumigated capacitors. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and that thorough drying is performed.

Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store under conditions prohibited for assembly and use.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
