Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Use within rated performance. Avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between terminals and chassis. Do not use if sleeve insulation is compromised. Avoid contact with water, salt, oil, or corrosive gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock conditions are within specifications. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for board mounting. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors. For parallel connections, ensure current balancing; for series, ensure voltage balancing.

Component Installation: Do not let terminals touch directly. Avoid short circuits. Do not install in environments with water, oil, corrosive gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Ensure vibration and shock are within limits. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for board mounting. Avoid dropping capacitors; do not use if dropped. Do not install deformed capacitors. Ensure proper fit with PCB holes. Avoid excessive force with automatic insertion machines. Ensure proper soldering conditions (temperature, time, number of times). Do not immerse the capacitor body in the solder solution. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

Assembly and Use: Ensure terminals do not touch each other or cause short circuits. Check the environment for contact with water/oil, condensation, exposure to UV/radiation, or corrosive gases. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specifications.

Maintenance: Regular inspections (visual and performance testing) are required for industrial capacitors.

Accidents: If the safety vent opens, cut off power. Keep face away from the vent due to hot gas release. Flush eyes with water if gas enters. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte contacts it.

Fumigation: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it can cause corrosion. Fumigant should not directly contact products, and thorough drying is necessary.

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments that are prohibited for use.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to professional recyclers.
