Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Ensure capacitors match machine lifespan. Isolate terminals and casings. Use appropriate insulation. Avoid direct contact with water, salt, oil, or harmful gases. Protect from sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock are within limits. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for mounting. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors.
Component Installation: Do not short terminals. Ensure proper polarity. Avoid dropping or using deformed capacitors. Ensure terminal spacing matches PCB holes. Use appropriate force for automatic insertion machines.
Soldering: Avoid solder adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified temperature, time, and number of cycles. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Prevent other products from contacting the capacitor during soldering.
Assembly Usage: Do not allow terminals to touch directly or cause short circuits. Ensure the environment is free from water, oil, harmful gases, and radiation. Avoid excessive vibration and shock.
Maintenance: Regular inspections, including visual checks and performance testing, are required for industrial capacitors.
Accidents: In case of capacitor safety vent activation, disconnect power immediately. Avoid close proximity to the vent due to high-temperature gas release. Flush eyes with water if exposed to vent gas. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte contact occurs.
Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halide-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Avoid storage in environments prohibited during assembly and use.
Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
