Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Avoid using in environments with water, salt water, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock conditions are within specified limits. For installation, ensure correct polarity, space for the safety valve, and avoid placing heat-generating components nearby. For parallel/series connections, ensure current/voltage equalization.
Component Installation: Do not let terminals directly contact. Avoid short circuits. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure PCB hole spacing matches capacitor lead spacing. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Use appropriate soldering conditions (temperature, time, frequency). Avoid solder adhering to areas other than terminals.
Assembly & Use: Do not let terminals directly contact.
Maintenance: Regular checks including visual inspection and performance testing are required for industrial capacitors.
Accidental Situations: If the safety valve opens, cut off power. Keep face away from the vent due to high-temperature gas. Flush eyes with water if gas enters, wash skin with soap if electrolyte spills.
Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it can cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Avoid environments prohibited during assembly and use.
Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
