Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Use within specified rated performance. Avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Consult R&D for special requirements.

Isolation: Ensure complete isolation between capacitor casing, terminals, and circuits.

Environment: Avoid contact with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, corrosive gases (sulfides, H2SO3, HNO3, CL2, ammonia), direct sunlight, ozone, UV radiation, radioactive substances, and excessive vibration/shock.

Installation: Ensure correct polarity, proper hole spacing, adequate space above the vent, and avoid placing other components or wiring near the vent. Minimize heat-generating components around the capacitor. For screw terminals, ensure pressure valve faces upwards when vertical, or upwards/positive terminal when horizontal.

Assembly: Prevent direct contact between terminals and short circuits. Ensure the assembly environment meets the specified conditions (temperature, humidity, exposure to light/radiation, harmful gases, vibration/shock).

Soldering: Avoid solder on terminals other than intended. Adhere to specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, cycles). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Prevent other products from falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

Cleaning: Do not clean with detergents. If cleaning is necessary, follow product specifications regarding cleaning agents, conductivity, pH, specific gravity, moisture, and drying procedures. Avoid halogenated fixatives and resin coatings.

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 and below 75% humidity. Do not store in environments prohibited during assembly or use.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to a specialized waste recycling service.

Accidents: In case of vent opening, disconnect power. Keep face away from vent. Flush eyes with water if sprayed. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if contacted.

Fumigation: Use caution with halide fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
