Usage Precautions
1. Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, frequent charge/discharge. Select capacitors with lifespan matching machine life. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Use with caution in environments with water, salt water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Avoid vibration and shock exceeding specifications. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for mounting. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors.
2. Component Installation: Do not allow terminals to directly contact. Do not let conductive substances cause short circuits. Ensure proper installation location, avoiding other wiring or components on the circuit board. For double-sided PCBs, avoid unnecessary holes. Ensure current and voltage balance in parallel or series connections.
3. Assembly & Use: Avoid terminal contact and short circuits. Do not use capacitors that have been dropped or deformed. Ensure correct polarity and spacing. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Ensure solder does not adhere to areas other than terminals. Follow specified welding conditions (temperature, time, number of times). Avoid other products falling on the capacitor during welding.
4. Maintenance: Regular inspection of capacitors in industrial use is required, including visual checks and performance testing.
5. Accidental Situations: If the capacitor's safety vent opens during assembly, cut off the main power or unplug the power. If the vent activates, hot gas exceeding 100 will be ejected; avoid direct exposure to the face and eyes. If electrolyte contacts skin, wash with soap. If it enters eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not taste the electrolyte.
6. Fumigation Treatment: When exporting products containing capacitors overseas, be cautious of fumigation with halides like potassium bromide, as it may cause corrosion. Fumigant should not directly contact products, and thorough drying is necessary.
7. Storage Conditions: Store indoors at temperatures of 5-30 and humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments or conditions prohibited during assembly and use.
8. Disposal: Puncturing or crushing and then incinerating capacitors is one disposal method. Alternatively, hand over to specialized waste recycling personnel.
