Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, frequent charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan matching the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Avoid environments with water, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Avoid excessive vibration and shock. Ensure correct PCB hole spacing for installation. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors. For dual-sided PCBs, avoid mounting over unnecessary holes.
Assembly & Installation: Do not allow terminals to short circuit. Avoid contact with water, oil, or condensation. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Avoid harmful gas environments. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specifications. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure correct polarity. Discharge regenerated voltage with a ~1K resistor. For long-term storage, apply voltage through a ~1K resistor.
Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, number of cycles). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.
Cleaning: Do not clean with detergents. If cleaning is necessary, follow product specifications. Ensure cleaning agent management (conductivity, pH, etc.) and thorough drying to prevent residue.
Fixing Agents: Do not use halogen-containing fixing agents. Ensure no residue between PCB and capacitor. Dry thoroughly before applying fixing agents.
Installation (Screw Type): For vertical mounting, pressure valve must face upwards. For horizontal mounting, pressure valve or positive terminal must face upwards.
Maintenance: Regular checks are required, including visual inspection and performance testing.
Accidents: If the pressure relief valve opens, disconnect power immediately. Keep face away from the vent as hot gas may be ejected. In case of eye contact with ejected gas, rinse immediately with water. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte spills.
Fumigation: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation for overseas export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited for use.
Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to professional recyclers.
