Usage Precautions
- Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Ensure proper isolation between terminals, case, and circuit.
- Assembly & Installation: Ensure correct polarity, avoid terminal contact, short circuits, and mechanical stress. Ensure adequate space for the safety vent. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors.
- Soldering: Follow specified temperature, time, and number of cycles. Avoid solder adhering to non-terminal areas and do not immerse the capacitor body in solder.
- Cleaning: If cleaning is necessary, use specified cleaning agents and follow drying procedures to prevent residue.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry indoor environment (5-30, 75% RH). Avoid storage conditions similar to those prohibited during use.
- Disposal: Dispose of by puncturing/crushing and incineration, or by authorized recycling personnel.
- Accidental situations: In case of safety vent activation, disconnect power immediately. Avoid contact with ejected gas and electrolyte.
- Fumigation: Exercise caution with halogen-based fumigation, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure proper drying.
