Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance. Avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Ensure proper isolation between capacitor terminals and other circuit components. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine's life. Consult R&D for special requirements.
Component Installation: Ensure terminals do not short circuit. Avoid contact with water, oil, or condensation. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Avoid environments with harmful gases. Ensure proper mounting hole alignment and space for the safety vent. Avoid placing heat-generating components near the capacitor. For double-sided PCBs, avoid mounting over excess holes. Ensure current and voltage balance in parallel/series connections.
Assembly & Soldering: Do not let terminals short circuit. Use appropriate soldering temperature and time. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Avoid physical stress on the capacitor after soldering. Do not use cleaning agents unless specified, and ensure proper drying. Avoid halogen-containing fixatives. For screw-type products, ensure pressure valve is oriented upwards during vertical installation.
Maintenance & Storage: Regular inspections are required. Store in a cool, dry indoor environment (5-30, <75% humidity). Avoid storage conditions similar to those prohibited during use.
Accidents: In case of safety vent activation, disconnect power. Keep face away from escaping gas. Flush eyes with water if exposed to gas. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte contacts it.
Fumigation: Use caution with halogen-based fumigation for export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure products are not in direct contact with fumigant and are thoroughly dried.
Disposal: Dispose of by puncturing/crushing and incineration, or by returning to specialized recyclers.
