Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and frequent charge/discharge. Consider machine lifespan when selecting capacitors. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Avoid using if sleeve insulation is insufficient. Do not expose to water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Avoid direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radioactive environments. Ensure vibration and shock conditions are within specified limits. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for board mounting. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors. For parallel/series connections, ensure current/voltage equalization.
Component Installation: Do not let terminals touch. Avoid short circuits. Ensure proper environment (no water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, UV, radiation). Vibration and shock must be within limits. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for board mounting. Avoid dropping capacitors. Do not install deformed capacitors. Ensure proper mechanical force for automatic insertion machines.
Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, cycles). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.
Assembly Use: Do not let terminals touch.
Cleaning: Do not clean with detergents. If cleaning is necessary, follow specifications. Ensure proper cleaning agent management (conductivity, pH, specific gravity, moisture). After cleaning, do not store in cleaning liquid or sealed containers. Use hot air drying. Do not use halogen-containing fixatives or resin coatings. If using fixatives/coatings, ensure no solder residue between board and capacitor. Dry thoroughly before application.
Bolt Product Installation: For vertical installation, pressure valve should face upwards. For horizontal installation, ensure pressure valve or positive terminal faces upwards.
Maintenance Checks: Regular checks are required, including visual inspection and performance testing.
Accidental Situations: If the pressure valve opens during assembly, cut off main power. If pressure valve operates, avoid proximity due to hot gas. Flush eyes with water if gas enters. Do not ingest electrolyte; wash skin with soap if contact occurs.
Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halide fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it can cause corrosion. Fumigant should not directly contact products. Ensure thorough drying. Verify safety if fumigant is suspected.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 and below 75% humidity. Do not store in environments prohibited for assembly use.
Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
