Usage Precautions
- Circuit Design: Ensure operation within rated performance limits, avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit.
- Installation Environment: Avoid contact with water, salt water, oil, condensation, and harmful gases (sulfides, etc.). Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock do not exceed specifications.
- Assembly: Prevent direct contact between terminals and short circuits. Ensure proper mounting hole alignment and space above the safety vent. Avoid placing other components or wiring near the vent. Minimize heat-generating components around the capacitor.
- Soldering: Ensure solder does not adhere to non-terminal areas. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, cycles). Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder.
- Handling: Do not drop capacitors. Deformed capacitors should not be installed. Ensure correct polarity.
- Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 and <75% humidity. Avoid storage conditions prohibited during assembly/use.
- Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
