Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Consult R&D for special requirements. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Avoid use where sleeve insulation is insufficient. Do not use in environments with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radioactive materials, or excessive vibration/shock. Ensure proper spacing for anti-explosion valves and avoid placing other components or wiring nearby. Avoid heat-generating components around the capacitor. Ensure temperature/frequency changes do not affect electrical performance. For double-sided PCBs, avoid unnecessary holes. Ensure current/voltage balance in parallel/series connections.

Component Installation: Do not allow terminals to directly contact each other or cause short circuits. Avoid contact with water, oil, condensation, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radioactive materials, or harmful gases. Avoid excessive vibration/shock. Ensure correct polarity and specifications before installation. Do not use dropped capacitors. Do not install deformed capacitors. Ensure terminals match PCB hole spacing. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines.

Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified soldering temperature, time, and number of times. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder solution. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

Assembly Usage: If the anti-explosion valve opens during assembly, cut off the main power. Keep face away from the valve as hot gas may be ejected. If ejected gas enters eyes, rinse with water. Do not taste electrolyte; wash skin with soap if contacted.

Inspection: Regular inspection (visual and performance testing) is required for industrial capacitors.

Unexpected Situations: If the anti-explosion valve opens, cut off power. If gas enters eyes, rinse with water. If electrolyte contacts skin, wash with soap.

Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halide fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it can cause corrosion. Fumigant should not directly contact products, and thorough drying is necessary.

Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 and below 75% humidity. Do not store in environments prohibited during assembly.

Scrap Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to professional recyclers.
