Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Ensure operation within rated performance, avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine's. Isolate capacitor terminals from positive/negative poles and circuit boards. Use insulation where necessary. Avoid contact with water, salt water, oil, condensation, and harmful gases. Do not expose to direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radioactive materials. Ensure vibration and shock conditions are within specified limits. For installation, ensure correct hole spacing, provide space above the safety valve, avoid placing components near the safety valve, and minimize heat-generating components around the capacitor. Consider temperature and frequency variations, avoid excessive substrate holes, ensure current/voltage balance in parallel/series connections.

Component Installation: Do not let terminals directly contact each other or cause short circuits. Ensure the installation environment is free from water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, and direct radiation. Avoid vibration and shock exceeding specifications. Ensure capacitor polarity is correct. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Ensure correct hole spacing on the PCB. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines. Discharge capacitors with a ~1k resistor before testing or long-term storage. For soldering, ensure solder does not adhere to terminals other than the intended ones, follow specified temperature and time, do not immerse the capacitor in solder, and avoid other products falling onto the capacitor.

Assembly Use: If the safety valve opens during assembly, cut off the main power. Be cautious of hot gas ejected from the safety valve. If gas enters the eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not taste electrolyte; wash skin with soap if contacted.

Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for export, as it can cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.

Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited for assembly use.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to professional recyclers.
