Usage Precautions
- Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse/AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit.
- Component Installation: Ensure correct polarity, avoid dropping, do not install deformed capacitors. Ensure correct hole pitch on PCB. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines.
- Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified temperature, time, and number of cycles. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder solution.
- Assembly & Usage: Avoid direct contact between terminals. Do not allow conductive materials to cause short circuits. Avoid contact with water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Avoid environments with vibration and shock exceeding specifications. Ensure adequate space above the pressure relief vent.
- Cleaning: Do not use cleaning agents. If cleaning is necessary, follow specifications for cleaning agents and drying procedures.
- Fixatives: Do not use halogen-containing fixatives or resin coatings. Ensure no residue from cleaning agents before applying coatings.
- Bolt Products: Install with pressure valve facing upwards (vertical) or pressure valve/positive terminal facing upwards (horizontal).
- Regular Inspection: Conduct regular visual and performance checks for industrial capacitors.
- Accidental Situations: In case of pressure relief vent activation, disconnect power immediately. Avoid direct contact with ejected gas. Flush eyes with water if exposed to ejected gas. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if exposed.
- Fumigation Treatment: Exercise caution with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure products are not in direct contact with fumigant and are thoroughly dried.
- Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Avoid storage in environments prohibited for assembly and use.
- Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
