Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Ensure proper isolation between capacitor terminals and circuitry. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Discuss special requirements with R&D.
Component Installation: Ensure correct polarity. Do not drop or use deformed capacitors. Terminals should not directly contact. Avoid short circuits. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Ensure proper solder adherence only to terminals. Follow specified soldering conditions (temperature, time, cycles). Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.
Assembly & Use: Ensure proper spacing for the explosion-proof valve. Avoid placing components or wiring directly above the valve. Ensure proper alignment with PCB holes. Avoid placing heat-generating components around the capacitor. Ensure proper isolation between capacitor terminals and other circuit elements.
Environment: Avoid contact with water, saltwater, oil, or condensation. Do not use in environments with harmful gases (sulfides, etc.), direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radioactive substances. Avoid severe vibration and shock beyond specified limits.
Cleaning: Do not use cleaning agents unless specified. If cleaning is necessary, follow product specifications regarding cleaning agents and drying procedures. Avoid halogen-containing fixatives or coating agents.
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 and below 75% humidity. Avoid storage conditions similar to those prohibited during use.
Maintenance: Regular inspections (visual and performance testing) are required for industrial capacitors.
Accidents: In case of explosion valve activation, disconnect power. Keep face away from venting gas (over 100). Flush eyes with water if gas enters. Do not ingest electrolyte. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte contacts.
Fumigation: Be cautious with halogen-based fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export, as it may cause corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.
Disposal: Dispose of by puncturing/crushing and incineration, or by returning to a specialized recycling service.
