Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and frequent charge/discharge. Ensure capacitors have a lifespan comparable to the machine. Isolate terminals and casing from positive/negative and circuit. Do not use if sleeve insulation is insufficient. Avoid contact with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Ensure vibration and shock conditions are within specified limits. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for PCB mounting. Avoid mounting heat-generating components near capacitors. For parallel/series connections, ensure current/voltage balancing.
Component Installation: Do not let terminals touch directly. Avoid short circuits. Ensure proper environmental conditions (avoid water, oil, condensation, harmful gases, radiation, excessive vibration/shock). Ensure correct polarity and spacing for PCB mounting. Do not use dropped or deformed capacitors. Use appropriate force for automatic insertion machines.
Soldering: Ensure solder adheres only to terminals. Follow specified soldering temperature, time, and number of times. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder solution. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.
Cleaning: Do not use cleaning agents unless specified. If cleaning is necessary, follow specifications regarding cleaning agents and drying procedures. Do not use halogenated fixatives or resin coatings.
Assembly Use: If the capacitor's safety vent opens during assembly, disconnect power. Be cautious of hot gas expulsion. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or ingestion of electrolyte.
Storage: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited for use.
Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
Fumigation: Be cautious of corrosion from halogenated fumigants when exporting products. Ensure products are not in direct contact with fumigant and are thoroughly dried.
