Usage Precautions

Circuit Design: Ensure operation within rated performance, avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, or rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan compatible with the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and the circuit. Avoid usage where sleeve insulation is insufficient. Do not expose to water, saltwater, oil, condensation, harmful gases, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radioactive substances, or excessive vibration/shock. Ensure proper spacing for capacitor mounting, especially around the safety vent. Avoid placing heat-generating components nearby. For double-sided PCBs, avoid unnecessary holes. Balance current in parallel connections and voltage in series connections.

Component Installation: Do not let terminals touch directly or cause short circuits. Confirm the environment: avoid contact with water/oil, condensation, direct sunlight, ozone, UV, radiation, harmful gases, or excessive vibration/shock. Ensure correct polarity and specifications before installation. Do not use dropped capacitors or those with deformation. Ensure PCB hole pitch matches capacitor terminal spacing. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines.

Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to areas other than terminals. Adhere to specified soldering temperature, time, and cycles. Do not immerse the capacitor body in the solder solution. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

Assembly Usage: If the safety vent opens during assembly, cut off the main power. If the safety vent operates, be cautious of high-temperature gas expulsion; avoid direct contact with face and eyes. Wash eyes with water if gas enters. Do not taste or get electrolyte on skin; wash with soap if contact occurs.

Maintenance: Regular inspections (visual and performance testing) are required for industrial capacitors.

Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited during assembly.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to professional recyclers.

Fumigation Treatment: Be cautious of corrosion from halide fumigants (e.g., potassium bromide) for overseas export. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying. Inquire about safety if fumigant residue or insufficient drying is suspected.
