Usage Notes

Circuit Design: Use within specified rated performance. Avoid high temperatures, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, AC voltage, and rapid charge/discharge circuits. Ensure proper isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Consider machine lifespan when selecting capacitors. Consult R&D for special requirements.

Installation Environment: Avoid direct contact with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or environments with harmful gases (sulfides, etc.), direct sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Ensure vibration and shock are within specified limits.

Installation: Ensure correct polarity. Avoid mechanical stress (tilting, twisting, impact). Do not use cleaning agents unless specified and within limits. Use halogen-free fixing agents. For screw terminals, ensure pressure valve is oriented upwards or positive terminal upwards.

Assembly & Usage: Prevent short circuits between terminals. Ensure terminals do not directly touch. Avoid exposure to sunlight, ozone, UV, or radiation. Avoid harmful gas environments. Ensure vibration and shock are within limits. For double-sided PCBs, avoid excessive holes. Ensure current/voltage balance in parallel/series connections.

Soldering: Prevent solder from adhering to non-terminal areas. Follow specified temperature, time, and number of cycles. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.

Maintenance: Regular checks (visual and performance testing) are required for industrial capacitors.

Accidents: In case of pressure valve opening, cut off power. Keep face away from vent. Flush eyes with water if exposed to vent gas. Wash skin with soap if electrolyte spills.

Fumigation: Use caution with halide fumigation (e.g., potassium bromide) due to potential corrosion. Ensure fumigant does not directly contact products and allow for thorough drying.

Storage: Store indoors at 5-30, humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited during assembly/use.

Disposal: Puncture or crush and incinerate, or hand over to specialized recyclers.
