Usage Precautions
Circuit Design: Use within rated performance, avoid high temperature, overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse voltage, and rapid charge/discharge. Select capacitors with a lifespan comparable to the machine. Ensure isolation between capacitor terminals and circuit. Avoid environments with water, saltwater, oil, condensation, or harmful gases. Protect from direct sunlight, ozone, UV, and radiation. Avoid excessive vibration and shock. Ensure correct polarity and spacing for mounting. Avoid placing heat-generating components near capacitors.
Assembly & Installation: Prevent short circuits between terminals. Do not use capacitors that have been dropped or deformed. Ensure terminals match PCB hole spacing. Avoid dropping capacitors. Do not use dropped capacitors. Ensure correct polarity and spacing. Avoid excessive force from automatic insertion machines. When soldering, ensure solder does not adhere to terminals other than intended. Follow specified soldering conditions. Do not immerse the capacitor body in solder. Avoid other products falling onto the capacitor during soldering.
Storage Conditions: Store indoors at 5-30 with humidity below 75%. Do not store in environments prohibited for use.
Disposal: Capacitors can be disposed of by puncturing/crushing and incineration, or by returning to specialized recyclers.
