Product Overview
The DA Series 105C 2000H surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors are designed for high-density PCB applications. They offer a guaranteed life of 2000 hours at 105C, solvent resistance (within 2 minutes), and are suitable for automatic mounting via carrier tape packaging. These capacitors comply with AEC-Q200 standards.

Soldering Method - Iron Soldering
Unless otherwise specified, complete within 31 seconds at 3505. Follow temperature conditions. If higher temperatures are used, measure and report capacitor temperature and reflow conditions. Larger product sizes have slower temperature rise; adjust reflow furnace temperature according to product size (e.g., 4 and 10 products can be mounted on PCB for furnace passage).
Soldering Considerations
- Product Size: Larger product sizes have slower temperature rise.
- Product Mounting Position: Temperature at the center of the PCB is lower than at the edge.
- PCB Size: Thicker PCBs lead to slower temperature rise.
Repeated Reflow Soldering
- Avoid reflow soldering twice if possible.
- If repeated reflow is unavoidable, measure and report the temperature and time for the first and second reflows.
- Do not perform three reflows.
