Application Guidelines
When designing circuits using DV Series V-chip aluminum electrolytic capacitors, ensure that operating conditions and environmental factors are within the specified limits in the CT catalogue. Capacitors are polarized; avoid reverse or AC voltage. For circuits with potential reverse voltage, use bi-polar capacitors. Do not use aluminum electrolytic capacitors in circuits requiring rapid and frequent charge/discharge cycles; opt for specially designed long-life capacitors instead. Do not apply overvoltage; the peak voltage, including DC and ripple voltage, should not exceed the rated voltage.
