Note on Resistance Value Code and Marking:
- For E-24 series (0603, 5%), resistance is marked with three digits: first two are significant figures, third is the power of 10.
- For E-24 series (0603, 1% & 0.5%), a short bar is added under the three-digit marking.
- For E-96 series and E-24 series (0805, 1206, 1210, 2010, 2512, 4R02, 4R03, 1% & 0.5%), resistance is marked with four digits: first three are significant figures, fourth is the power of 10.
- For E-96 series (0603), resistance is marked with a three-code system: first two digits are E-96 resistance codes, the third is a multiplier code.
- Decimal point is represented by "R".
- Jumper resistors are represented by "0".
- 0201 and 0402 sizes are not marked.
- For non-IEC standard series, marking uses the closest IEC E24 series nominal resistance method.
- Special marking requirements are printed as per negotiated results.
Chip Resistor Instructions for Use:
- Performance may be affected in special environments: liquids, direct sunlight, dusty places, corrosive gases, static electricity, electromagnetic waves, proximity to flammable items, sealing with resin, or using unclean solder/cleaning agents.
- Precautions: Avoid exceeding rated power. Handle with care when picking up with tweezers to prevent chipping. Ensure soldering tip does not touch the product during manual installation.
