- Inductance (L): Tested at 100kHz, 0.1V
- DC Resistance (DCR): Measured using Keysight 34420A or equivalent
- Saturation Current (Isat): DC current at which inductance decreases by 30% of its initial value
- Temperature Rise Current (Irms): DC current at which chip surface temperature rises by 40 against initial surface temperature (Ta=25)
