Product Overview
The CKCS Series SMD Power Inductors are compact, ultra-thin inductors designed for surface mounting. They offer high power handling, high saturation, and low resistance, making them ideal for demanding applications. Featuring a magnetic-resin shielded structure, these inductors significantly reduce buzz noise and provide strong anti-EMI capabilities due to their closed magnetic circuit design. Compared to traditional inductors of the same size, the CKCS Series offers over 30% higher rated current. They are suitable for a wide range of electronic devices including PADs, notebooks, servers, audio equipment, networking devices, security systems, mobile phones, smart home devices, and energy storage equipment.

General Specifications:
- Inductance Tested At: 1MHz, 0.2Vrms (for CKCS201610, CKCS252010, CKCS252012); 100kHz, 1Vrms (for other series).
- Operating Temperature: -40 to +125 (Including self-temperature rise).
- Absolute Maximum Voltage: DC 50V (DC 100V for CKCS5040-330uH~470uH, CKCS6045-470uH~680uH, CKCS8040-470uH~680uH, CKCS8060-470uH~680uH).
- Test Conditions: All test data is referenced to 25 ambient.
- Isat Definition: DC current at which the inductance drops approximately 30% from its value without current.
- Irms Definition: DC current that causes the temperature rise (T 40) from 25 ambient.
