Matters Needing Attention
When designing the PCB, consider the installation position of non-magnetic shielded components to avoid failures caused by magnetic interference. Do not place the product near magnets or objects with magnetic force. Avoid storing the product in unsuitable environments such as high temperature, high humidity, dusty, or corrosive environments. The product self-heats when powered on, so ensure sufficient margin in thermal design. Use an anti-static wrist strap to prevent static electricity. Avoid direct contact with terminals as grease may decrease solderability. Do not excessively bend terminals to prevent disconnection. The product is sensitive to direct impact, which can damage the magnetic core. When potting or gluing the product, be aware that shrinkage may cause stress, potentially affecting electrical characteristics or damaging mechanical properties. Ensure potting materials do not degrade insulation, plastic skeletons, or glue. Potting materials can alter high-frequency characteristics. For alloy or non-coated products, surface rust may occur in humid environments but does not affect characteristics. This product is intended for general electronic equipment; for specialized applications (automotive, medical, military, aerospace, submarine, etc.), contact the sales department for consultation. Storage time is within 12 months under conditions of -10 ~ 40 and 70%RH Max. Exceeding this time may deteriorate terminal electrode solderability.
