Product Overview
This wire wound chip common mode coil offers excellent noise suppression performance due to its high common mode impedance at high frequencies. It is designed for various high-speed data interfaces, providing reliable noise filtering for applications like USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI 2.0, IEEE 1394, and LVDS lines in computers, peripherals, DVCs, and STBs. Available in a range of impedance values from 20 to 2000, these coils are suitable for different noise levels and signal frequencies.

- Operating Temperature Range: -40 to 105 (Including self-temperature rise)
- Storage Temperature Range (packaging conditions): -10 to +40 and RH 70% (Max.)
Test and Measurement Procedures
- Common Mode Impedance: Tested using Keysight E4991B / Agilent 4787A or equivalent.
- DC Resistance (DCR): Tested using Agilent 34420A / Agilent 4338B or equivalent.
- Rated Current (Irms): Defined as the DC current that causes chip surface temperature to rise by 20 or 40 against the initial surface temperature (Ta).
- Insulation Resistance: Tested using Chroma TH2683A / ZX6583 or equivalent.
Recommended Soldering Technologies
- Re-flowing Profile: Preheat: 150~200 / 60~120sec. Time above 217: 60~90sec. Max temp: 260. Max time at max temp: 10sec.
- Solder Paste: Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu.
- Allowed Reflow Times: 2 times max.
