Packaging Method
1. Inspect OK products.
2. Arrange products neatly on pearl cotton. Each layer holds 99 PCS.
3. Place a cardboard under the pearl cotton for each layer, put into a vacuum bag with a desiccant pack, and vacuum seal.
4. Place the vacuum-sealed products into a foam box. Each compartment holds 4 layers. Each layer requires a label. Label placement is not specified but should be consistent.
5. Add a layer of bubble wrap on top, and seal the box with transparent tape. Each box contains a total of 792 PCS.
