Precautions on the Use of MLCI
- PCB Design: Recommended land patterns for wave and reflow soldering are provided. Avoid excessive solder.
- Automatic Placement: Avoid excessive impact. Periodically inspect and maintain mounter parts (nozzles, positioning claws).
- Soldering Profile: Reflow soldering is recommended. Recommended Sn&Pb and Pb-Free soldering profiles are detailed. Hand soldering: Tip temp 350, tip diameter 1mm, duration 5s. Soldering iron should not directly touch the inductor.
- Handling of Substrate: Use dedicated fixtures for board separation; do not break manually.
- Storage: Temperature 5~40; Humidity 70% RH. Shelf life: 1 year from production date. Use within 3 months after opening tape.
