  • COG (Class I): Stable electrical properties, minimal change with temperature, voltage, and time. Suitable for low-loss, high-stability circuits (filters, resonators, timing circuits).
  • X7R, X5R (Class II): High dielectric constant, higher capacitance than Class I. Stable temperature characteristics. Suitable for wide capacitance ranges where high stability is not critical (DC-blocking, coupling, bypassing, frequency discriminating).
