Packing
- Capacitors on tape are reeled with cathode side adjacent to sprocket hole.
- Cover tape width and coverage of sprocket holes specified.
- Cover tape peel back force: 20 to 100 grams.
Temperature Profile (Reflow)
- Pre-heating: Less than +160 lasting 120 seconds.
- Capacitor top temperature shall not exceed +260.
- Duration over +230 at capacitor top shall not exceed 30 seconds.
