Remarks & Test Conditions
- Leakage Current Test: I0.01CV or 3(A) after 2 minutes, whichever is greater, measured with rated working voltage applied. For 160 to 450VDC, I0.03CV(A).
- Operating Temperature: 6.3~100VDC: -40+105; 160~450VDC: -25+105.
- Capacitance & Dissipation Factor Test: At +20, 120Hz.
- Load Life Test: At +105 for 3000Hrs.
- Shelf Life Test: At +105, for 1000hrs.
- Soldering Heat Resistance Test: Solder temperature 260 for 101 seconds.
- Solderability Test: Solder temperature 2455 for 20.5 seconds.
- Temperature Cycles: Per JIS-C-5101-1 (2010) No:1-10.
- Vibration Test: Frequency range 2 to 3000Hz, Amplitude or Acceleration 0.75 mm or 98m/s (whichever is less severe).
- Damp Heat Steady State Test: +402, 90 to 95%RH for 250 or 500 hours.
- Endurance Test: At 1052 with rated DC voltage applied for 3000Hrs.
- Surge Voltage Test: 1.15 times rated voltage (315V) or 1.1 times rated voltage (>315V).
- Pressure Relief Vent: Safety vent on the bottom of the container (for 10mm).
- High Temperature Storage: 1000 hours at 1052 without applied voltage.
- High and Low Temperature Characteristics: Impedance ratio measured at -25 and -40 relative to +20.
