Important Information

Note on Ripple Current: Maximum RMS ripple current values are tested at +105C and 100kHz. When operating at different temperatures or frequencies, multiply the values by the factors shown in Table 3. If ripple current is difficult to measure, the self-generated heat of the capacitor should be within 5C.

Note on Working Voltage: Ensure the applied voltage does not exceed the rated voltage. The peak voltage, including DC voltage overlapped by ripple current, must not exceed the rated voltage.

Note on Insulation: Standard capacitors have a vinyl sleeve for marking. For applications requiring insulation of the aluminum case, specially designed capacitors are recommended.

Note on Soldering: Excessive soldering temperature or time can cause sleeve shrinkage. Solder on the reverse side of the PC board. Maintain a distance between the capacitor sleeve and the circuit board to prevent melting or damage during soldering.

Note on Cleaning Agents: Avoid cleaning with halogenated organic solvents, as they may penetrate the capacitor and cause corrosion.
